Warranty & Returns
Each product is offered with 21-day trial period with the option to return the goods.
All products purchased in our store (including DIY products for self-assembly) are covered by a 3-year warranty.

Shipping
Delivery services are carried out by FedEx or UPS courier. All FedEx shipments to destination countries outside the EU are sent with the recipient’s signature required. Depending on the selected service, the average delivery times are:

All shipments are fully insured, if you notice damage to the package when receiving the shipment, check the contents in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the goods, a damage report must be drawn up.
