Over the years, we have received a lot of positive feedback and comments regarding our products and services. We want to let you know that your votes really matter and that’s why we encourage you to take part in a short survey and give us your opinion about the products and services we offer.
We hope that your comments will significantly contribute to improving the quality of our products and services. To express our gratitude, as well as our desire to continually provide high-quality products and professional customer service, in return for your time, we would like to offer an additional discount of up to 10% in the form of a refund*.
How to apply?
1. You can apply if you placed an order for any of our products between March 1 and March 15*.
2. Send us an e-mail answering all the questions below no later than 30 days after placing your order*.
Questions:
1. Your order number (your email address used in the order must match).
2. How do you rate the product on a scale of 1 to 5? What changes did it bring to your audio system (literally a few sentences).
3. How important is it to you that every PSU or filter we produce has individual noise/attenuation measurement protocols added ?
4. Would you like to change/improve something in our products ?
5. Does the product packaging meet your expectations ?
6. How do you rate the ordering process itself ? communication and shipment of goods ?
7. How do you rate the level of pre- and post-sale support ? Do you see any areas where we could improve ?
8. Are you interested in purchasing other high-quality products for power distribution in Hi-Fi sets? Power strips? filters ? or power supplies dedicated to other devices (what brands ?).
* COMMENTS – RULES:
The offer applies only to orders placed in our store between March 1 and March 15 and is valid for 30 days from placing the order.
Depending on the level of constructiveness of your comments and answers to questions, you may receive 5% up to 10% discount on the purchased product in return – in the form of a refund.
The additional discount also applies to products purchased at special or promotional prices.
Incomplete opinions and answers do not count towards the offer – all questions must be answered.
In exceptional situations (e.g. shipment delay), we may extend the deadline for sending the opinion.
If you have expressed your opinion about our product/services on external forums or discussion groups, you can attach a link to the message (not a screenshot).
By sending us an e-mail, you consent to the publication of your opinion on our website – your feedback/review will be anonymized before publication.
